About Our Company

Since 1981 Time Square Watch Shops has been a leader in watch sales and service. Founded by Craig Chapleau, the business started with one location and has grown to service all parts of Milwaukee county and vicinity. Craig has spent nearly twenty years as store manager of Montgomery Wards and Gimbels department stores. In the spring 1981, Craig realized the need for a business that specialized in affordably priced watches with an emphasis on service. With this thought in mind, the next step was to make it as convenient to the public as possible, this was achieved by setting up locations in Milwaukee’s largest shopping malls.
